90-Minute Massage

 $195 

A 90-minute massage is recommended if you are new to massage therapy or if you only have one or two specific areas you would like to focus on (ex: neck/shoulders, headache/TMJ pain, or low back).

2-Hour Massage

$260

A 2-hour massage is recommend if you have multiple areas you would like to address during your treatment (ex: neck, shoulders/arms, back, hips, and legs).


This length of session is also perfect for a full-body relaxation massage where every major muscle group of the body will be addressed using slower/lengthening massage techniques.


What to expect during your massage

Each massage will be tailored to the short and long-term therapeutic goals you wish to achieve which we will have discussed during your intake assessment before each session.


I use a variety of techniques and modalities throughout my treatments some of which are deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, Swedish, stretching, and breathwork. 


I put emphasis on connection in my practice. My goal is to connect with you as best as I can within our therapist-client relationship so that I can help you to better reconnect within your mind-body.

Because of this, I tailor each of my sessions to allocate assessment time that does not interfere with your hands-on massage time. Your scheduled appointment will include a total of 30 minutes of assessment time in addition to your 90-minute or 2-hour massage.

90-Minute Massage

A 90-minute massage is recommended if you are new to massage therapy or if you have a specific area of the body you would like to focus on (ex: upper-back & shoulders).


This session is also recommended if you are experiencing an acute flare-up of some sort and may anticipate that a session longer than 90-minutes may be too long for you to lay on the table (particularly with a lower back pain flare-up).


This length of session is also generally recommended if you are scheduling massage therapy frequently to address an active issue of discomfort (ex: 1-2x a week)
